Conveniently Located on Route One in Wells Corner between Kennebunk and Ogunquit.
From the North or South / I-95:
Follow I-95 Maine Turnpike North or South. Take the Wells exit (19). Take a left on Route 109, Sanford Road. Follow approximately 2 miles to Route One. Take a right at the Route One intersection. 1544 Post Road is the second brick building on the right. Plenty of parking located behind the building.
From the South (Ogunquit & York) Follow Route One/ Post Road to Wells Corner. Pass through lights and intersection at Hannaford Plaza. Look for the Wells Public Library and Wells Junior High School. Seeds Studio is located on the left, across the street from the Wells Corner Plaza. Parking is located behind the building.
From the North (Kennebunk & Kennebunkport) Follow Route One/ Post Road to Wells Corner. Pass through lights and intersection at Route 109. The fire station will be on your left. Seeds Studio is located on the right, across the street from the Wells Corner Plaza. Parking is located behind the building.
From the North or South / I-95:
